1. Digital Subscription Terms
Because cloud server resources, dedicated schema isolation, and technical catalog onboarding are provisioned immediately upon transaction confirmation, all annual subscription pass activations are final and non-refundable once access credentials have been issued.

The 1-Year Dealership Pass operates on a fixed annual term without recurring automatic bank debits. You are never automatically charged at the end of the 1-year period. You may discontinue usage at any time with full access remaining until the end of your prepaid term.
